Outpatient therapy and counseling services for adults
Navigating life’s difficulties can be challenging, especially when intensified with the impact of traumatic events and broken systems.
Considering therapy is courageous. Reaching out is the first step and I understand to how difficult it can be. It is my belief that, as the expert of your own story, my hope is for us to work together to create a space where you can cultivate a life that feels authentic to who you are at your core.
I operate from an intersectional framework, acknowledging and affirming your story in the context of systems of power. My therapeutic style draws from my training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), somatic therapy, trauma focused therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. As a certified clinical trauma professional, I believe that while the trauma is a part of you, it does not define you and we can be so much more than our past. My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship that allows doors to open through connection and compassion. Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions.
I offer both in-person and telehealth.
I am not currently accepting new clients at this time.
